if u want to do like this

1st
just put your (mouse) arrow at any edge of the window(IE or Firefox).then press ctrl+alt+print..
2nd
u need to open PAINT, select NEW then PASTE it..
3rd
open new tab and write this-->imageshack.us(to generate img code)
4th
paste your img code to whereever you want in this forum
